I have completed my Cert 4 CYFI and truly appreciate the support given from Anne, every question or concern was answered straight away and performing role plays was so relaxed and comfortable to do. I am now working and loving the job, doing this course has given me so many more opportunities and i am truly grateful. Am already looking into doing the diploma. Thank you.

I recently completed my diploma in CY&FI and my course trainer Jo was fantastic. Jo was supportive and patient through the whole process and assisted me in working through RPL documentation with ease. I'm currently employed as a residential coordinator in the child protection sector and the skills that this course has afforded me are put to good use every day. I highly recommend Skills Generation for Career progression, My Educator was Anne Fisher and I could not fault the outstanding effort, support and training from Anne. Compared to previous studies i have undertaken with other providers, Anne stood well above my previous lecturers with constant support and assistance when requested, Anne would always make time to work with me via video conference, phone calls and emails. From recognition of RPL, discussing my current skills set, exploring my future career path, The empowerment and encouragement from Anne was second to none, Anne would always go above and beyond her role to explore future options and career paths which have elevated my career well above the goals and desires I had prior to commencing this diploma. As other providers offer this diploma, my colleagues have since advised they should have enrolled with Skills Generation. I will definitely be using Skills Generation in the future for any further certificates i can obtain within my field.

Where to start!!! I recently completed my Certificate 3 in Disability Support with Skills Generation and I can't speak more highly of them. They were so professional, from the very beginning I felt welcome and this was the first time I had studied in many years, they made the enrollment process very easy and guided me the whole way. Speaking of guiding me, I had the most amazing, passionate, intelligent and caring teacher guide me through the course and all the credit for me completing the course goes to Michelle Okonkwo. Michelle was always there when I had questions or needed to discuss a topic, whether by phone or email she would reply within hours. Michelle runs weekly classes for those of us that aren't used to distance learning and to make our lives even easier Michelle would also run online classes twice a week and record them for those who missed out. I honestly can't tell you how much of a help and also how much energy Michelle brings each day, she truly is one of a kind. I am so happy that I chose Skills Generation to complete my Cert 3 and I am forever grateful that we have one of the best teachers here on the Sunshine Coast who wants the best out of her students. I highly recommend doing your studies through Skills Generation and I can guarantee, that when I want to learn more within the industry and study again I will only be doing it with Skills Generation.

I have just completed my Certificate 3 in Animal Studies with Skills Generation. Nicole, my trainer and assessor for my course has been so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to help me complete the course. The online study and submitting of assessments are so simple to use and understand. The practical components were always fun and we learnt a lot. Best place to do a call the teacher are extremely helpful never get bothered with constant questions. My teach was Michelle and she is amazing! Just a great person in general couldn’t thank her enough for the support, she made me feel like I can do this even when I felt like giving up. Thankyou!

I get the best support from James. My journey studying my course at Skills Generation is more exciting than other courses I had taken.

My experience with skills gen was amazing the trainer worked through it with me every step of the way. My trainer even helped me with landing my first job in. Disability and even with the course being over for me dani is still helping me decide on future courses that can potentially help me grow in the industry will definitely be going back for future courses would 100% go back to skills gen rather then somewhere new!

I hadn't studied for over 20yrs and was unsure how I would go. Skills trainers made it very easy, they were always available to help when I got stuck and helped me get back on track. I would definitely go through them again for any future study.

I had Danielle Cragg as my instructor and honestly I would not of gotten through my course without her. She was encouraging, motivating, passionate and everything you would hope for in an instructor . Whenever people ask me about the certificate I always recommend them to Danielle. The course is great. Easy to navigate through once you get the hang of it and I like the feedback section for your instructor to comment in at the bottom. I was working in this industry before starting the cert 3 but the course has given me the opportunity to advance in my job. I will definitely be doing more study through skills generation with Danielle.

My educator made me feel Empowered and always followed up on my progress. She supported me and always encouraged me through the course. I have never had an educator care so much and understands people in my role as a support worker. Anne Fisher was my trainer/mentor. Eric was also my trainer for a small amount of time and both people are truly amazing at what they do for their students. They go above and beyond. The support Anne has given me is second to none. After studying twice with Skills Gen I can honestly say all of their trainers are fantastic. Thank you so much . Anne who has mentored me through much of my course, has pushed me out of my comfort zone and has encouraged me to challenge myself. She gave me the self-confidence to successfully complete my Diploma. She has helped change my life and helped me to grow in ways I don't think she will ever know. Anne Fisher made my experience with Skills Gen a memorable one, and as such I am considering re-enrolling to further my studies and my career with her support! I felt guided, supported, and confident in my studies the entirety of the course, and I think I speak for a vast majority of people who do not get such a personalised experience with other companies or platforms. With distance correspondance, it can be greatly difficult, but I felt like no question was too silly and no request was 'too much' for Anne. It was very convenient for me to be able to study and do my assignments on my spare time since my days are very different from one another. Having the support of my assessor, my questions and doubts would be answered within my allocated study time. I did my job placement with a local agency and I’m currently working for them. It was a great experience and I still learn everyday.

Michelle Okonkwo was an absolutely amazing support adviser. I could not have completed my certificate without her assistance. She was always available to chat, and has a wonderful, cheerful personality. Would study here again!!
