Logging In & Access
How do I log in to Cloud Assess?

I forgot my password – what do I do?
No worries! Just click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link on the Cloud Assess sign-in page.
You’ll be asked to enter your login email, and a password reset link will be sent from [email protected] to your inbox.
Do I need to log in every time I open it?
Tick the ‘Remember Me’ box to keep your login details saved on your device.
Can I login using other methods?
Yes! Cloud Assess supports multiple login options:
● Google – the email must match your existing Cloud Assess login.
● Microsoft – the Microsoft account email must match your Cloud Assess
email.
● Magic Link – a one-time link sent to your inbox.
Click it to log in. (Note: the link can only be used once.)
Accessing Assessments
Where do I find my assessments?
All assessments will appear in your To Do list as you progress through your enrolment.
How do I open and complete an assessment?
Click the assessment listed in your To Do list to begin.
What does the ‘Overview’ tab show me?
The Overview tab shows your enrolment progress and everything included in your
course.
Can I download a copy of the questions or my submission?
This can be arranged by request – speak to your trainer.
Saving & Submitting Work
Do I need to save my work as I go?
Cloud Assess autosaves every 15 minutes and when you move to a new page.
Still, it’s best to click ‘Save’ regularly, especially before breaks.
What happens if I close the tab while I’m working?
Your work will be saved up to your last autosave or manual save.
How do I submit my assessment when I’m done?
Go to the Declaration Page, complete the signature and date fields, and click
Submit.
How will I know if my submission went through?
Once you click Submit on the Declaration Page, a pop-up window will appear
confirming that your submission was successful.
To double-check, you can also go to Overview > Activities > Submitted to see
your assessment listed.
While it’s waiting to be marked, your status will show as ‘Submitted’, and you’ll be
able to view your answers, but you won’t be able to make any changes.
I don’t have Microsoft Word – how can I complete questions with attachments?
No stress! Use Microsoft 365 online for free: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-365/free-office-online-for-the-web
I’ve lost my assessment progress. Can I get it back?
Unfortunately, no — once lost, it can’t be recovered. To avoid this:
● Use only one device/browser at a time.
● Save your work regularly.
● Close the assessment if taking a break.
● Refresh the page if it’s been open a while.
Trainer Feedback & Results
Where do I see my trainer’s feedback?
Feedback appears under each question after it’s marked Satisfactory, or on 2nd/3rd attempts.
Overall feedback is found on the Declaration Page.
Can I resubmit my work if I don’t pass the first time?
Yes. You have three attempts. Each new attempt is a duplicate of the previous one
— just fix what was marked Not Satisfactory.
How long does it take for results to be marked?
This varies based on your trainer’s availability.
Troubleshooting
Cloud Assess won’t load — what should I do?
- Check your internet connection.
- Clear your browser cache (search “clear cache” + your browser name for
steps). - Try a different browser – Chrome works best.
- Close unused tabs/programs.
- Restart your browser or device.
- Still stuck? Contact your trainer or the Student Support team.
I’m getting an error message – how do I fix it?
Take a screenshot and send it to your trainer or support with as much detail as possible.
What browser works best for Cloud Assess?
We recommend using Google Chrome
How do I clear my browser cache?

Where do I see my assessment due dates?
- Your due dates are listed in your To Do list or under Overview > Activities.
Do I get reminders if something is due soon?
Yes — you’ll receive emails:
- 1 week before
- 3 days before
- 1 day before
Can I get extensions on assessments?
Speak with your trainer if you need more time.
Mobile Access & Notifications
Can I use Cloud Assess on my phone?
Yes — you can download the Cloud Assess: Mobile & Offline app from your app store.
It’s handy for checking tasks on the go, but we recommend using a computer or laptop to complete assessments for the best experience.
How do I turn on/off notifications or emails?
These are system settings and can’t be adjusted individually by users.
